ShirodharaTherapy (Oil on For-head, Third Eye)
Continuous pouring of decoction, oil, or other herbal liquid on the forehead and then allowing to it to flow over to scalp, using a special instrument known as Shirah seka, this is popularly known as Shirodhara. Here pouring of oil is not following by any massage.
