This package is suitable for age group 20 to 70 years. Rejuvenation and detoxification of whole, body, mind and soul. Improves concentration and focus of Mind. Classical Ayurvedic panchakarma for full body cleansing according to Ayurvedic classics. Balances the imbalanced bodily humor Vata, Pitta and kapha. Increases immunity, rejuvenates the cells, tissues and organs.

It includes all procedures of Panchakarma – Vamana (medicated vomiting), Virechana (medicated diarrhea), Basti (enema), Nasyam (nasal drops), Abhayanga (ayurvedic massage), Shirodhara, and Steam swedan etc. Any procedure could be changed by Ayurveda doctor expert according to body constitution and problems.

You will start and finish your stay with Ayurveda doctor consultation for diagnosis about body types and suggestions of Ayurveda therapies and diet regimen and lifestyle to improve health.

Doctor will check the pulse and read the state of body and mind, prakriti dosha will be decided and Vikriti will be diagnosed. Doctor will give best therapy and Ayurveda natural solution.

Daily Schedule in Hours

• 6:30 to 7:30 am Morning therapeutic YogaSession to relax and open up body joints and add body circulation.
• 8.15 am breakfast as fruit and porridge with blend of herb teas.
• 9.00 to 11.00 am: Ayurveda treatments as Abhyanga massages, Shiro Dhara and steam bath as prescribed by Ayurveda doctor according to your problems for best results.
• 1.00 pm: Ayurveda main meals as vegetarian thali as proscribed by Ayurveda Doctor
• 2:00 to 3.00 Pm: rest is required for best results of Panchakarma.
• 4:00 To 6.00 pm free time to visit the Ganges Arti at Parmarth Niketan Ashram, walk 20 minutes or walking along the Ganges and nature. We guide to go Arti ceremony in evening.
• 6:00 to 7:00 pm: Guided meditation, Yog Nidra, Pranayama by Guru meditation teacher.
• 7.30 pm: Ayurveda soup and khichari and steamed vegetables
• 9:00 pm go to sleep

ACCOMODATION :

Which has very clean facilities – single bed / twin bed room with private hot water shower and toilet. We provide towels, toilet rolls, soaps and shampoo and famine hygiene.
